Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
How are original art purchases handled?
Depending on the artwork selected it may be shipped from an overseas location. We will inform you on where the original work is located. We are not responsible for duties and taxes incurred from collecting original artworks in your country. There are no returns on original artwork; however, if there is a problem with the artwork please contact us. email@example.com
